I very rarely find a series that has me enthralled and desperate to see the next book released! But DS Butler has me gripped from start to finish with the Karen Hart books! Wonderfully written and a great choice of narrator.

when simply narrating the story it's good but the narrator's voice depiction of the 'male' characters is even worse than her scottish accent!!!

Great read with a utterly brilliant twist at the end. The plot had many intriguing paths, which I was sure would be the outcome in my thinking, but that was never the case. All my questions like the police were baffling at times.

This episode in Karen’s cases doesn’t fail to enthrall! Fast paced and stretching between technology development and spiking. Really enjoyable and I look forward to another visit to Lincoln soon
