About this listen
This arrogant playboy treats London like it’s his Monopoly board. But I’m not going to play by his rules…
Billionaire property tycoon Jack Knight is propping up the UK rich list and keeping the national tabloids ablaze with his scandalous love life. And making my life hell.
To him, I’m just another architect in a small design firm bidding for his latest prestigious project.
To me, he’s a ruthless businessman who plays people like pawns. I should know.
I’d rather work for Satan on designing Hell than have to answer to him.
But sometimes dream jobs come with insufferable bosses.
I hate that I have to see his signature cocky grin every day.
I hate that when Jack Knight says jump, we grab our long poles.
I especially hate the undeniable explosive heat growing between us.
To survive this close proximity, I must remember my end goal: bricks, not dicks.
Fighting Mr. Knight is a standalone, steamy, dual point-of-view office romance with a hot-as-hell, brooding CEO and a sassy, witty heroine.

Captivating audiobook
I love this book, I love Rosa Lucas’s book and could not wait to finally hear this story. There’s something wonderful to hear much loved characters even when you know the story.
This performance is fabulous- brilliantly acted and the accents are so good. Got caught up in this story all over again, definitely one of to relisten to regularly.

Rosa Lucy's as good as always
I received a free copy of this audio book for a review. This is the first time I have listened to one of Rosa's books as an audio. The story was as good as always, many ups and downs, very hot but with humour that has me laughing and characters that draw you in. My only reservation was in the narration, both narrators were really good but I wish it had been done differently. Having Bonny voice the male character in her chapters and Jack voice the female character in his was quite disconcerting and a bit weird forme. I didn't like it. I haven't listened to lots of audio books but in others the male and female narrators have done their respective parts throughout. I prefer that.

Brilliant!
I was provided with a free copy by the author for a fair and honest review.
I read this on kindle when it first came out and really enjoyed it. So I jumped at the chance of the audible.
Bonnie and Jack have been circling each other’s orbits for years without ever really connecting until they both find themselves at a wedding, both in a position to perhaps do something about the chemistry between them. And so begins a tale of mishaps, misunderstandings, miscommunication, but eventually they find common ground and start a relationship. It’s complicated by the fact Jack is Bonnie’s boss and by the fact that their history is more intertwined than they realise. Jack is east end lad made good who is haunted by his father’s death, and Bonnie is east end girl, trying to make a career for herself whilst being thwarted by the various men in her life. They are both extremely likeable characters. We also get an appearance from Danny (book 1) and Tristran (book 2).
It’s a fun book, but with some mystery as well.. there is humour and spice, and a good villain in the deplorable tone deaf, ex.
The narration is wonderful and really brings the story to life. Both male and female narrators nail the accents and the acting of the story, with Ciaran in particular nailing the gravelly, sexy Jack. Well worth a credit
Possibly my favourite Rosa Lucas book.

A different kind of story
Thoroughly enjoyed this. Although sometimes Bonnie's voice did grate a little bit not enough to deter from the story. Perhaps Jack was not quite believable the way he accepts Bonnie's dad aided towards his father 's death but perhaps his love for Bonnie he accepted it.
