I am SO GLAD I found this audiobook this morning. I was feeling really low, and panicking that I was getting lower and I couldn't see any way to stop it happening. I listened to the sample of this and felt better just from that, so had to buy it.

The music and Louise's voice are just perfect for the nature of the product. They aren't sophisticated, but it would be unhelpful if they were, in my opinion. The book is easy to listen to. It lifted my mood in a way that astonished me. I was able to get on with at least some of what I wanted to do with my day.

I'm definitely keeping it close at hand for the forseeable future.

I had this on CD befoe purchasing the audio book. I have listened on and off to the affirmations over the years and it really does help. Louise's voice is easy to listen to even though she has an American accent it is not harsh to the English ear. When I am feeling low or that things are just getting away from me I put this on and things seem to take a different slant. Well worth it, what have you to lose?
