About this listen

Neville claws at the mask...it unhooks from the rod. Neville stands, trying to pry the devil from his skin…but the devil’s face is a perfect fit.

Unlucky in life, Neville Pike inherits a museum from his recently deceased grandfather, but there appears to be more to the family business than he ever imagined. One of the exhibits - a devilish mask - finds its way onto Neville's face. It stirs his repressed feelings and gives him a newfound confidence that gets him through the ordeal of having blood on his hands...

However, the mask awakens a dark alter ego within him, and nothing will get in its way of the pursuit of pleasure, and its drive to "improve" Neville's life... but why?

The narration was 10/10 really brings out the distinction between Neville and his "other" voice.

The overly descriptive writing in this book really brings to life scenery and characteristics that would ordinarily be mundane or overlooked.

An excellent book and I would definitely recommend a read/listen.

Brilliant!
