This book is a great resource for anyone that is looking to improve their leadership skills and understand the psychological principles behind influence. The book discusses classical principles but also includes practical advice on how to apply this to your daily life, which makes it a great resource both for experienced leaders and people who are just getting into the field and are looking to learn.
The audiobook contains two parts, where the first book talks about leadership, and the second book discusses influence. I found the combination of these two books interesting as it contained lots of useful tips and insight. The book is very engaging and also informative and it offers both theoretical knowledge and practical advice - highly recommended, whether you're a manager, entrepreneur, or looking to improve your ability to lead and inspire.
