I’ve read all three books by Lia Louis and loved them all. This book showed that life is a series of chances, being in the right place at the wrong time but in the end……..
I don’t want to spoil the story but I’m just so disappointed it’s finished! The narrator was great, I’ll certainly look for books read by her again.

I totally believe in the red thread, fate and destiny but also freewill as the characters had. This was a wonderful story about Noelle & Sam and their journey apart yet together.

Just Like me as my husband, sometimes they have been their all along but the red thread was tangled and even stretched.

The snowy evening was the perfect start to the Heartwarming story, then the book has a twist but was tied up in a neat bow at the end. It was pure Chicklit and I enjoyed it.

Emma Powell has narrated all of the 'Midwives' novels, so I am used to her voice and she is good at her job although in this book she was AWFUL at accents, so I deducted a star.

I bought this on a deal so I would recommend it 🌠

This is a lovely, warming romance. I loved the premise and the characters were fabulous. It had all the things you look for in a fun romance but with originality to make it fresh and fun.

A lovely story that fills your cup. Good, relatable characters. I also love the theme of fates intertwined and there a number of well interwoven threads in this story. A nice distraction for a lunchtime walk.
The performance was very good apart from the main character's slightly 'cutesy' voice took some getting used to and the love interest's male American accent was awful... but all the other characters were excellent and you always knew who was speaking.

Perfect winter read. I enjoyed the romance and it was well written not just boy meets girl. Would recommend as a light winter or summer holiday read. Thought provoking without being too heavy.
