I took a lot from this book about the chakras and their link with western philosophy. However, I found the narration monotonous and robotic, which was slightly off-putting.

It’s a really interesting book worth giving a shot. Although some of the practices and theories are quite out there, there’s actually lots of things I’ve found useful. It’s not that they have to be “true” but I would somewhat equate this to the theory of an inner child. Although that’s not the whole truth it can help you take useful action to help take care of yourself and start to heal. In a similar fashion the chakra system can help you cultivate more self love, understanding, patience and ways to take care of yourself and start to heal.

I love how in depth it is!

The only thing that could have been better is that the author should allways speak the audiobook. It makes such a difference.
