No matter what has happened to you, where you are from, or what you have done, you can still find total peace, unconditional love, complete fulfillment, and an abundance of joy in your life. No person is an exception to this. Darkness only exists because of the light, which means even in our darkest hour, light must exist.

Within this book, you'll find timeless wisdom to empower you with the understanding of our mind's infinite potential to create any experience of life we want, regardless of external circumstances.

Don't Believe Everything You Think is not about rewiring your brain, rewriting your past, or positive thinking. We cannot solve our problems with the same level of consciousness that created them. Tactics are temporary. An expansion of consciousness is permanent.

This book was written to help you go beyond your thinking and discover the truth of what you already intuitively know deep inside your soul.

Great insightful work

This book is great, there is little excess verbiage, the author cuts to the chase and every chapter is full of insights. Great resource for anyone from a depressed or anxious person to a CBT therapist, there's lots to learn here,
The author spans from the practical to touching on the transpersonal / spiritual

Really helpful

It’s really helpful in breaking down the differences between thoughts and thinking. I have tried yoga meditation and almost everything else, but this book really illuminates why I can’t benefit from these practices while I’m away from them; in other words what really works is that I was able to turn off the thinking during these practices. wish there were more narratives or illustrations to help with visualization and anchoring the insights
