I’m up for this. There is a good deal of key information here in this audio book, so I’m thinking of ordering the kindle version, too. I get to re-program myself again and this time, I’m sure I’m doing the right thing so I’m confident about this.

First of all, I appreciate the author has shared of her personal story and I strongly felt the deep connection with the author. This is why I didn’t have trouble digesting what she’s discussing and making the adjustments.

So far, so good. Although I didn’t expect that it will ask me to eliminate all kinds of sugar, I’m looking forward to it. The author knows quite well how to please his readers and the recipes suggested weren’t too extreme for our needs.
