Having this Dr Who adventure on VHS/DVD i found the teleplay noisy and the story some what disinteresting. But yet again i turn to audibles extensive library of Dr Who tv novelisations and wow i am captivated by the excellence pace of the piece, once again ably told by one time tv companion William Russell, who never seems to make the story dull. adding to his already reknown skill of character impersonation of the 1st doctor, his alien cfeatures are a sound to be believed. The whole story runs along nicely and at over 5hrs plus its advisable to take it in mangable chunks. 10/10.
