Joe and Leigh are a perfect combination in bring stories to life. Under your scars absolutely shattered my soul, but this novella gave me some closure. Thank you to all three of you. Ariel for writing it, Joe and Leigh for doing Ariel's story justice.

Really enjoyed this as a wrap up, would have loved a couple extra chapters to find out more about Caroline’s life but this was also enough to get the gist.

Just what I needed

After that ending of Under your Scars of course I needed to know what would happen with Caroline, and this novella gave me that closure, however it was very short and a bit disappointing. It could’ve been so much more. This could’ve been just an epilogue to the main book and feels a bit like a waste of 1 credit!

This is the follow up Novella to the amazing Under Your Scars by Arial N Anderson and is about Caroline, the adopted daughter.

Personally, I was underwhelmed as I didn't need closure from Under the Scars. It was perfect! For some readers I suppose it will serve this purpose, but I always knew the reason why it happened and that Christian Reeves, her adopted dad, would always look after her.
