About this listen

Three things happen when technophobe Lucy learns to mindhack: Her brilliant crush becomes her boyfriend, they solve small crimes, and she's deleted from his memory — and everyone else's.

Now the only person looking for the college freshman is a mysterious young hacker who erases memories for profit. If he finds her, he will wipe out her memories — or worse. If Lucy doesn't find him and stop him, no one will know that minds can be hacked and lives rewritten.

This has an interesting storyline and I found it entertaining. And there is something to be said for a fast paced story… but actually for my own tastes I would of preferred much more detail and time spent with the characters. It felt to me like it was TOO quick. I didn’t find myself connecting with the characters much and would of liked a bit more. They just felt a bit flat. I didn’t feel much for Lucy at all and her portrayal by the narrator was childish and irritating.

The concept was there but I feel like it could of been so much more if it was a bit more fleshed out…
