About this listen
A missing witness. A dangerous killer. A cop with nothing to lose.
The trial of notorious gangland boss, Elrit Selmani, is about to start but the star witness has gone missing. Without Derrick Morris' testimony, the killer will walk free.
Detective Inspector Simon Wise and his Murder Investigation Team must race against the clock to find Morris before Selmani's gang do — except not everyone on Wise's team wants to find the man alive.
Can Wise find Morris in time or will a deadly killer go free?

For those wondering, this is set just before the currently full sized novels and serves as a great introductory piece. You don’t need to read this first to enjoy the other books but you should!
Great writing and another solid narration.
Bring on book 3!
