The narrator is new to me but I was captivated by his versions of the characters and really like his efforts to give each an individual voice.

The story is fascinating, gods, demigods, shifters, lions. Then there are people needing to feed from one another, a web of complicated living and mating arrangements and wow! So much going on but thanks to the narration being clear and following a steady pace everything becomes clear and I found myself absorbed and completely hooked.
