About this listen
A brand-new, deliciously wicked romance series from USA Today best-selling author Kerrigan Byrne. The Goode Girls aren't simply good, they're stunning.
Mercy Goode is only truly good at one thing: finding mischief wherever she goes. This knack thrusts her in the path of Adrian McKendrick, a cold-hearted rogue with a dangerous past and a devious objective. As a gentleman used to behaving badly, Adrian doesn’t think twice about seducing the desirable Goode Girl.
And he has never had a woman resist him...until now.
©2020 Natalie Ainge (P)2021 Natalie AingeWhat I couldn't understand was when the hero was going to make an appearance into the story, because the name of the hero in the summary was different to the actual story, it was Adrian MacKendrick, so I kept expecting another man to come into the story besides Raphael.
The narrators Derek Perkins and Stella Hunter were both really brilliant, I love having a Male and a female narrating much more than one person, it makes the story even better. I also loved their different accents, especially Stella Hunters French accent. I wish all books were narrated this way, much much nicer to listen to.

I felt that the book had too many loose ends and unfinished business, e.g. what happens to Gabriel? Perhaps this is in the next book. Also Carlton gave up too easily which isn't really his style.
I normally love Kerrigan Byrne's books but this series has sadly left me wanting ... if it wasn't for Raphael, I don't think I would have bothered!
I don't see the need for two narrators when Derek Perkins has always narrated wonderfully on his own.
Unfinished business
