A great easy listening duo of books which look at the early days of the relationship of the two main characters which feature in the Treasure Cove series. Great characterisation and very well read. A pleasure to listen to. Two more great stories from a Meredith a Potts.

A Love To Buzz About:
I really enjoyed this book! Such a sweet love story that has a little bit of drama to keep you hooked. I’m not sure how I feel about the narration. When female voices were used, it was fantastic, but with the men I felt it was off. Almost like talking through your nose. That being said it was still enjoyable and I will probably be listening to her again.

Chocolate Pudding with a Side of Murder:
A perfect ending to this series that leaves you feeling complete. I absolutely loved this whole series. Writing is perfect for sweet, cozy mysteries.

The book starts with a "where's Wally" mystery. If the writer had done some research she would have found out that Wally is the British equivalent to their Waldo, so the whole story starts on a farcical note. I got to chapter 10 and there is nothing but some silly girl drivelling on about how life without a man is just not worth living. How can she possibly be happy without a man but she doesn't want a new one because Wally broke her heart. For goodness sake women don't need men to have a life. Stop perpetuating this idea. And when she turns down the detective he just can't understand how she can possibly not want to go on a date with him. Just awful writing. It's ridiculous in this modern time. And I thought this was meant to be a mystery. The only mystery so far is how the writer managed to get this published. As for the narrator, please get a different voice for the male characters, they all sound the same and all sound like dullards.

Drivel
