Not just a book
This is excellent.
Vanessa is clear and gets to the point fast - this is not a guffy book where the first half is an intro to the second half which could have been done in 10 bullet points,.
Plus - and its a big plus- this audio book comes with a lengthy PDF, and more material from the science of people website.
so the book is essentially also a course. Stunning.
Thank you Vanessa -I've not written a review before but really wanted to tell people how worthwhile this book is.

i liked the book
short snippets about how to act better when dealing with people, the author is funny, i like the fact that she was narrating her own book, and her own experience. some useful tips in there

Good listen on move and at lunch time
I like the humour and jokes in this book. Maybe I’m too lazy to do all the tasks but I have put a note on them to come back when I do have a time . Will probably listen again suggest this to everyone who wants to be better with people.

Life Changing
I don't usually write reviews but this audiobook was too good for me not to. I've really enjoyed listening to Vanessa's friendly and welcoming tone.
The guidance she provides is so easy to grasp and very practical. I've already started implementing these into my daily life and noticed the difference.
I highly recommend this book for anyone that could benefit from a direction on how to master social situations!

A must for those who struggle to connect with people
I am the person, who would be described as extrovert by those who know me well, but introvert by those who just met me. I always struggled with new people and to connect with them or leave a positive impression. However as I am in a leadership now I understand the importance of it and tried to analyse others people behaviours and mirror them myself. Since I came across Vanessa’s videos and then this book I can strongly say that my communication with others have improved significantly! I have listened to this book in the car or gym, but I’ll listen to it again so I can take notes! Thank you Vanessa!

Amazing, actionable and engaging book
Perfect pace, loads of actionable advice, humorous and tonnes of knowledge. A must read for personal growth. The extra digital resources are great aids for learning also. Can't wait to put this knowledge into use!

Great audio, worth a good few listens
Some really nice practical information here that is nothing groundbreaking - unless you apply it! Like so many books the power is in the doing not the knowing. Well worth the investment.

stick with it
it gets better as it progresses. The structure of the book keeps you engaged and some of the tips can be used in real life (though not all of them). The stories are interesting and all the hacks are backed up with science
