This is a very informative book about a broad range of tools in the property investing toolbox for wealth creation. The theory discussed is then demonstrated in relevant case study’s which emphasises the practice of the knowledge.
There were some great nuggets in there I walked away with which I am sure to implement into my own investing journey. Really enjoyable listen which I would recommend for the beginner but also the more seasoned investor.

I heard Bronwen on a couple of podcasts , which led me to buying her book .

An incredible listen/read for anyone with questions regarding property investment .

My partner and I found it very relatable ,as ethics play a big part in most of our decisions , which is something I found unique in Bronwen’s approach .

Since I have actually arranged a call with Bronwen and she was as helpful as I imagined.

For anyone starting out in Property, or even just wanting a reminder of some of the basic principles, this book is a must read !

In a short space of time, Bronwen has obviously applied all the principles she now teaches and has indeed built her dream life. She explains things in a very easy to understand way, plus with all the real-life examples in the book it really outlines what is possible, without getting too technical. She certainly doesn't portray property investing as a get-rich-quick scheme, which other related books often do.

I would certainly recommend the Audible version, as you get the benefit of having the author actually reading it to you !

Very interesting and insightful read into the world of property investing. Some very good case studies that not only show the positives and what’s possible, but also the challenges as well. A good read for anyone thinking about starting property investing..particularly looking into HMOs.
