Like this book

I'm really liking the guided meditations and affirmations in this book and have been using them on repeat. I know for a fact hypnosis works for weight loss, as my friend had been really successful with it in the past. So far this book has been great and I feel better!

a mindful reminder

Rewiring relastionship with good food habit!

This is a great solution!

Retraining my brain successful

I have always had a hard time with turning off my hunger, even after just eating a good meal. I came across this audiobook and am so thankful I did. The book helped me work through why I am always hungry and taught me strategies to help stop that feeling. I finally feel in control of myself and my hunger. This book is well written and so easy to follow while driving. I need to listen to things a couple of times to get and this book is not boring even on my second and some sections third time through.
