Alle helfen und bald kommt es zum Wettstreit zwischen James und Mandy, wessen Bienen-Hotel mehr Gäste hat. Während James auf Tipps aus "Das Große Buch der Bienen" setzt, will Mandy ihr Hotel mit ein wenig Honig attraktiver machen. Jedoch wirft sie dabei versehentlich den Smoker von Hobby-Imker Malcolm um. Rasend schnell entsteht ein Lauffeuer. Und auch in den weiteren Abenteuern geht es nicht weniger dramatisch zu.
