Karen Aabye (1904-1982) var en dansk forfatter og journalist.
Karen Aaby debuterede i 1939 med romanen Der er langt til Paris. Sidenhen udgav hun en lang række bøger, hvoraf Martine-serien (1950-54) er en af de mest kendte.
