got to admit this book got me from the start,and it had some good twists to it wanting next book tbh

The story line was a little far fetched and so not something I would normally listen to. How ever the authors pulled this off left me wanting to start the rest of the set.

All the best bits of snarky romcoms, odd sci-fi quirks and steamy con-rom with sprinkles of sarcasm and deliciously deviant undercurrents. I’m sold, whether she writes as JA Huss or KC Cross. Loved the audio from Hamilton and Peachwood, giving their all. But what I adore the most is the constant feel of fun and cheekiness they both exude, giving the text an extra layer and that JA Huss-vibe of naughtiness and 4:th wall breakage.

Booty Hunter is a brilliant start to this fun and sexy sci-fi series by JA Huss writing as KC Cross. The world building is amazingly detailed and the storyline with its fantastic twists and turns is just mind blowing. There’s plenty of mystery and suspense surrounding the colourful characters of the Harem Station. But who are the villains in this fantasy saga? I can’t wait to find out!

I'm not gunna lie, I read what this book was about, downloaded it for a laugh as it was free. I had finished all other books and podcasts and I needed something to listen to at work, well this was absolutely perfect.

I was fully invested in the story, the characters, this isn't something I've ever listened to or read before, and I've now downloaded the other books in this series, and other books from the author.

I also really loved the end section read by the author, she sounds so great.

So I actually really recommend, yes there are some bits that are cringe, and some bits where I rolled my eyes, but nothing is perfect, and for a chance listen, I'm now totally hooked!

The story is ok but I didn't like the contradictions in the first half of the book. They say the princesses have a choice, etc, but Lyra gets treated badly and things are done to her body against her will. Also, she a trained warrior and even after they find that out they still treat her like a porcelain doll. I found it really hard to get pass this and forgive the hero here. Apart from that there are some interesting concepts in the story and it's super spicy (he has 2 🍆🍆)😳 read it on ku but it's also free on Audible cat plus too until December 22.
Amazing performances. They improved the story.
