Summerset, Urban Wars...what's not to love?
This series is an auto-bu, but it's been mid or hit-or-miss for awhile. This was great and easily something I could listen to again.

JD Robb in death series.
Susan Ericsen, a wonderfully narrator of JD Robbs in death series. I have listened to all 60 titles in order. I can't wait for the new book in September.

Interesting to hear more about Somerset’s history.
This is an enjoyable addition to the series with an interesting focus on Somerset’s past. I agree with other reviewers about the tired stereotypes about the UK - a Decatur is way more of a national dish than roast beef. In the 2060s it’s even less likely to be roast beef, that’s for sure.
I did miss the inclusion of Mavis. This feels like the longest pregnancy and longest house renovation ever! How much longer is that part of the series going to be dragged out?!

Steady
The 'In Death' series continues to be a steady source of crime/romance entertainment. I preferred this book to the previous one with a criminal risen from the dead to taunt and kill Somerset and his friends. It continue to be amazed at the stereotypes Robb uses of English and Irish language, food etc - I have decided to think of it as tongue in cheek or I suspect I would be offended since lots of it seems to be take from the dark ages rather than the future. Susan Ericksen's narration is a positive mainstay of this series.

Absolutely brilliant
Grabbed your attention right from the start. Explained a few things about Summerset’s life before Roarke

Brilliant as usual.
Loved hearing about Somerset's past and the bond between the 12. Now we know what happened to his wife.

Enthralling as usual
Another superb book in this wonderful series. A coldly efficient murder draws Eve and Roarke into a story of courage and betrayal that date back to the Urban Wars and directly threaten a member of their family. Great story, superb characters and brilliant narration. Another winner.

poor
Story line was boring and tedious, really didn't enjoy this book. In death series seem to be getting worse.
