Admittedly, I became a little confused by events in the book and had to backtrack a few times if my concentration had to be shared with my work: To catch all the nuances and details it needed more concentration than some,
I found it a little challenging to get through this audiobook. It was hard to recover from the slow start though as the book progressed there was plenty of action to draw the reader in and plenty of paranormal and romantic suspense. There is a quite sudden deep turn into religious themes and the war between good and evil. So potential readers should keep that in mind.
I had such great hopes for this book after the title and blurb caught my eye, "Witches and Angels" is a really fun and apt title and the cover was equally engaging. The narration by Katrina Michaels was adequate though a little hard to adjust to.
