I liked the story. Especially since there wasn’t any overblown massive drama. The American accent of one of the characters is initially painful to listen to, but it gets better after a while. More tolerable. Overall a nice light summer story.

I usually love Heidi’s books and listen to them again and again, but this just felt a bit boring. Very predictable characters and story arch’s. The central character Daisy is a bit annoying and from some of her dialog ages her. Karen Kass as always has an easy voice to listen to.
