Bedtime Stories
I wanted to listen to this book because of the title, that is totally me. A stressed out adult that just wants to go to sleep and turn off the world. The bedtime stories and guided meditations are great, such a peaceful atmosphere, making it easier to relax and fall asleep. Instead of lying awake overthinking, I now have a soothing way to wind down. Reminds me of when I used to read to my kids at night to help them sleep. This has really helped me slow down and I’ve noticed a big difference in my sleep quality. I’m falling into a deeper rest and waking up feeling better. The combination of calming meditations and affirmations helps me stay present, relax my body, and quiet my mind. The stories are gentle, creating the perfect environment for unwinding. Way Easier to get to Sleep
I've had bad insomnia for years, and with my work becoming more stressful the last few weeks I've had an even harder time getting to sleep. When I try to watch tv or actually read a book to help I just end up staying up even later. I tried out this audiobook and I'm so glad I did. Not only is listening to this audiobook soothing, but it takes you back to a time when you were a little kid being read to at night, and seems to get my body all ready for sleep. It's been a few nights in a row now and I am so much more rested than I had been. For people who have tried other tactics and failed to get to sleep, this should be something you try.

Helps me calm down and fall asleep
