I really enjoyed this book it had a sweet story I really liked the characters, the Male narrator did a great job the female narrator was good but sometimes over pronounced some of the words and it bugged me a bit other then that it was fine

First time listening or reading this author. Really enjoyed the small town. Loved the daughter Hadley she was so funny.

I had a love hate for Rhett, at time he was so sweet and other I just wanted to shout at him.

Presley just seem perfect, she didn’t push and she loved Hadley.

Lovely story, really enjoyed listening to it.

This was a sweet small town romance abut a single dad who is afraid to move on. His daughter is adorable and the FMC is so understanding and caring. He takes awhile to get out of his own way but thanks to his family he is finally able to see what's right in front of him. If you like cute small town romances with an easy to love MC/FMC give this on a shot.

This is a wonderful single dad, small town romance, it is my first book written by TC Matson, and I enjoyed her writing style, the story drew me right it, grabbing my attention and captivated it the entire time. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are each to care about too. Rhett lost the love of his life when she gave birth to his daughter, Hadley, the other love of his life. Despite a few years going by, he still misses his wife and makes sure his daughter knows who she was and how much she loved her. Presley, a nurse, needed a change of pace and scenery, so when a friend mentioned a job opening in Cameron Falls, she left Denver and her life in the city. When Hadley fell, she helped her with her injuries. While out in town, Hadley was there with her father and she introduces them to one another. There was great chemistry between them, an instant attraction, but he was not ready to move on and she was just trying to settle into her new life. But he gets to see her again, in a friend capacity, to help with some of the work she is doing while renovating her house, a repayment for taking care of his daughter. This beautifully plotted story has a perfect balance of drama, charm, heartfelt emotions, a touch of angst and a wonderful romance. Shout out to Hadley, a real scene stealer, an adorable scene stealer. TC Matson, thank you for this great story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that fit that character’s persona and were believable in every role they played. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their narration enhances this already great story to another level. Thank you for another fabulous listen.

If you are looking for a good, heartwarming story for the weekend, look no further! This is it! Hours of goodness, giving you all the feels is right here! TC Matson has crafted a wonderful, single dad romance sure to win your heart. Rhett is a widower, losing his wife during childbirth. Now the dad of a curious, spunky daughter, he has a village to help him raise her, but no one to warm his heart. Presley has come to town as the new nurse, and when Hadley gets hurt. Now patching her back up and meeting Rhett has all the tingles for both of them. But where will it lead? A little angst, a lot of flirting, and a group that is truly the best friends and family they could have leads to a wonderful listen. I loved this book and will be watching to see what happens next in Cameron Falls.

Kat Auden and Scott Rose are our narrating team and they are amazing! Understanding their characters and giving them the best voices is what makes the story flow and create that down home feeling. Auden's Hadley voice is spot on! I kept thinking a little girl was narrating! And Rose has that broody, holding back his feelings sound that is perfect for Rhett! Loved this listen!

A great small town, single dad romance.
Rhett is a single dad to a very adorable little girl, Hadley. (Hadley should definitely have her own book, for me she stole the show) When he meets the new nurse in town, Presley, there's a connection, but is Rhett ready to once again open up his heart and let love in.
I really liked the narration of this book it kept me entertained, and they really brought the story to life.
