A wonderful, well researched and inspiring story based on the prophecies of the end times in the Bible. It is a very illuminating description of how it all comes to pass at the end of the world.
This book (and many of the others) was narrated by an American guy with a deep baritone, somewhat gravelly voice. This is the only voice we hear throughout the book. There is little to no attempt made to change the inflection, the pitch, the accent or the tone for different characters. There are many female characters in the story, and sometimes the text gives clear directions such as "her voice was so pure and sweet it brought tears to his eyes," so it does sound a little bit ludicrous to hear this baritone wobbly old man voice. Also the ladies often sing hymns, so a supposedly young lady in her twenties or a sweet voiced teenager sounds like a wobbly middle aged man. He can't do accents either, apart from the American one. There are characters of all nationalities in the story, including Korean, Chinese, British, Arabic, Hebrew, Jewish and Greek, and they all have the same baritone American accent, except for the Texan - he manages a Texan accent pretty well. This does detract from what is otherwise an amazing and gripping story, though nonetheless very long drawn out, as is the whole series!

The story should be racing to the finnish line but no! The book series's pacing gets even worse in these last books and characters act even more dumb than before! Especially Chloe!

Even the cartoonish evilness of Nicolae is getting boring.
