Give this book a try! It's worth it and will help put your mind at ease even if it's a little bit. I found this book to be extremely helpful I was in the midst of a full-blown anxiety attack and was considering going on meds when I got this book. As soon as I opened this book it felt like we clicked. It has helped me look at the positive side of things again and to have faith that I'm going to be okay. good book
