About this listen

In Tracie Peterson and Judith Miller's compelling tale of duplicity, romance, and redemption, Sophie Broadmoor risks losing wealth and reputation when she's swept off her feet by a dashing stranger. On an 1897 Atlantic crossing, Sophie meets a widower whose promises make her heart sing. But when she finds herself in a compromising situation, she's glad a true gentleman comes to her rescue.©2008 Tracie Peterson and Judith Miller (P)2009 Recorded Books, LLC Fiction Historical Fiction Romance Heartfelt

The Broadmoor Legacy continues by focusing more on Sophie, but still telling the story of Fanny and Amanda. I enjoyed this second instalment better than the first book. There was more Christian content with truths on trusting God in difficult circumstances. Nicely narrated.
