Complementary affirmations audiobook
I have another affirmation audiobook from this author, and I think that these two complement each other nicely and I switch back and forth. It's nice a short, which is good for a daily listen to while doing other tasks. I try to pick out a few of the affirmations daily to focus on and repeat throughout the day. I feel like it is of great benefit to me!

I've never listened to affirmations before, or at least if I have, they didn't stick with me enough to remember it. But I really liked this book!
