This is a compassionate, encouraging read that validates the struggles of introverts and highly sensitive people (HSPs) while trying to offer the tools to succeed on their own terms. It does not break new ground for self-help readers, it’s a valuable companion for those just beginning their journey toward self-acceptance and empowered living in early adulthood. It touches on ways of setting boundaries, managing anxiety, improving small talk, and navigating social and professional environments —from career and finances to relationships and self-care. However it also has elements of repetitiveness which make the reader want to move on and for those with neurodivergent or other experiences, it does not generalise too well. Overall though a good addition to the self help genre.
