He's blindsided by the development and thinks not much else can surprise him. He was very wrong.

Moments after the breakup, Liam walks into Mark's office looking for help and a connection that had been lost for years suddenly reignites. As childhood best friends, Mark and Liam were inseparable. As adults, they'll come to learn not much has changed.

With a second chance on the horizon, Mark and Liam explore something that fear had cut them off from as kids. They'll do it while working together to unravel the truth behind Liam's case, risking everything they've regained in the process.

This was my third Stonewall/Max Walker book so I should have known the dangers, love and heart stopping moments. But again, like book 2 this one goes to another level. I was in tears at the end of this book - happy or sad? You’ll need to listen yourself. It is standalone but best in context if you start with the book about Zane

Really enjoyed this story Narration you could easily recognise the voice actors. There was lots of chemistry between Mark and Liam they were total soul mates who had found each other after many years lovely HE.

I enjoyed the book. Although the case of the unicorn killer is ongoing, there is an underlying case. The case was full of twists while Mark tried to solve it for his childhood best friend. Narration was great. The characters' voices were done well and I always knew who was speaking.

Greg is now my new found best narrator and the storyline is also a wow but why kill Colen😥😥I was expecting to have his own story but boom he is dead but all in all the story and narration is 100% perfect

I thought Collen was gonna have his book! I literally cried when we were told that he died. The plot was solid and I enjoyed it minus the Collen's unjustifiable demise. I love how you're breaking stereotypes with your characters Max. Thank you!
