Our female bodies are already complex as it is, however, this book does a great job of explaining how important our gut is, and how to detox it and keep it healthy so that when our bodies hit different stages of life it gives us the tools to combat them.
I can test to IF since it has drastically changed my life, I eat less and I am less hungry I also fast for 24 hours once a month to detox my body and it works amazing, I am always shaving blood work done and the number never fail me.

I have become obsessed with the guy lately because sure enough it is related to almost everything in our bodies, so If I want to live a long and happy life the gut is where I need to start,

Well, I am officially 40 and trying to figure out how to get my health back on track, and this book is an amazing resource. This book will be great if you are tired of dealing with weight gain, low energy, and feeling out of balance.

I never realized the role our gut health plays in our overall well-being. This book shows you how taking care of your gut can profoundly impact your health, especially as we age. By following the simple and practical strategies the author outlined easily in this book, you can immediately improve your gut health, balance your hormones, lose weight, and boost your energy levels.

I work from home and have a 2nd job that I also sit at a desk for, so I, unfortunately, have developed poor eating and exercise habits. I had decided I was tired of feeling down, low energy, and being tired when walking from the parking lot to the front of a store. I now know that getting my gut health right is crucial in my weight loss journey.

Props to the author for giving us the tools and knowledge to live a more fulfilling life.
