A Refreshing hope filled experience

I loved these meditations. When your life is going on through the complexities of daily challenges it is wonderful to sit back, take some time out and to dream. The music in these meditations is very soothing and enables you to focus on who you are and who you potentially are if you allow yourself to believe. Personally, as one who lives in Christ, it reminded me of the fact that the New Testament says "all things are yours"., and nothing is impossible for him who believes. This book lets you imagine and visualize beyond the mundane. I recommend it for anyone who needs to stop criticizing themselves and start reflecting on the greatness God has placed in each one of us. The voice of the narrator is also very easy to listen to and empowering.

Soothing

This is a wonderful escape and a great re-set. I enjoyed listening to it because the meditations are spot on for my needs and I think will be applicable and resonate with many. I appreciated this length, as I think it's just enough for you to lock in at some point during your day with some consistency so that you can do the work over time. You can't just listen to a meditation book once and move on, repetition is key to internalizing things, and this book hit the right notes for me.
