love this book, can't recommend it highly enough. It's a shame its not in the general listening section because alot of people are missing out on a great book.
The narrator is great to i had no problem distinguishing between the different people in the story.

Having read the book I was intrigued to listen to the audio. I wasn't disappointed, super narration brought all the characters to.life for me. If I read the book again I will hear the voices in my head.

I thought the storyline was interesting and it kept mine throughout...

The characters are both strong, intelligent women... discovering their feelings for one another.. dealing with complicated situations, showing self worth & pride... quashing the stereotypical viewpoints and surprising those that stand against... being on this journey with them was enjoyable..

Abby Craden narrated yet again unlike any other... making you part of each character... allowing you to feel their emotions... asif you are under their skin...

Whilst the plot may be a bit predictable, it’s a romance novel, what would you expect. It is well written, intelligent, thoughtful, hopeful, engaging and thoroughly entertaining. I grinned with recognition at thoughts and feelings I’ve experienced. I laughed and cried as the characters lives unfolded. I cared what happened to all involved. I loved this book and am about to start listening all over again. :)

I really enjoyed the story it was well researched and realistic. loved the tension love story and tasteful love scenes.

Awesome. How apt this storey line is now. Not directly about the LGBTQ+ storey line but about how this fits in to the political spectrum at this point in 2024. The much divided atmosphere of the current GOP and of the criminal defendant former president. The current vice presdent shows the same level of character as this fictional president. Her integrity her purpose to better the current divide in the country to move forward towards a brighter future for all Americans and the wider world. Let us hope for a better fuuture for all of humanity.
