About this listen

Want, need, pain, and joy were emotions Shade had never known existed before Lily. He knew the first time he saw her face that she was going to change his life forever. The thing he hadn't expected was how hard it would be to hide who and what he was from her. Each step he took out of the shadows revealed more of himself until only one secret remained. Shade arrogantly believed he could help heal the wounds from her past, but now it was his own past that was trying to tear them apart. To keep Lily, Shade would have to use the very skills he had been trying to hide from her. The skills that made him a killer...a soulless monster.

Shade - My favourite last rider

The whole story from shades eyes. A long hard ride with commitment, passion, raw sex, anger, heartbreak and finally never ending beautiful love.
I've laughed and cried with this wonderfully written book. Well done Jaime!

Amazing ending

I really liked this book overall. Although at times it got slightly tedious reliving events from previous books, generally it was interesting to see things from a different perspective. For me the thing that makes this book outstanding is the ending, it doesn't matter how often I read it I cry. If only a love like this existed in real life.

OMFG AMAZING

Oh my I thought Shade's Fall was a fantastic book, but heck hearing more on Shade's views rather than Lillie's was more DEEP & I mean DEEP. So here we see the same areas of Where Lillie's life was in constant danger up to their wedding. But heck you would think that would be it for this great couple & family. But not such luck, even though we have that Acton up to that point, it just doesn't stop there & it seems like it's just not 1 person/team there are others & what a strong partnership not just between the individual couples but it's the whole Last Standing Biker's Club & then on top of that the other 2 clubs are there for the women, especially as the most kindest & forgiving lady Lillie is.
So after ALL the Acton & married life continues, we get the epilogues where we see the 1st I've jumps onto 4yrs later, 2nd one jumps another 14 yrs where their Son alongside Lillie's sister Beth & Razer's Boys going off. But then here we jump 32yrs & them being in their Golden yr of marriage, had the tears streaming down my face.
What a Beautiful Emotional DEEP Love Story.
LOVED IT

would have been better with a man narrator.

narrator was off putting trying to imitate the men's voices. would be better with a man's voice as well
