I hate the name Jared and it grated every time it was used. Had to give up listening because of it.

Great story but….
I did really enjoy this book and the writers style but have one issue in that the heroine’s naïveté when she’s supposed to be 24 was quite irritating and resulting internal monologue repetitive. The narrator was the wrong choice and too sweet and pathetic sounding, maybe adding a male narrator would have improved the audio. I will seek out more of this authors work.

The most annoying FMC
So I general I was looking forward to this story but I had to DNF it around chapter 7. The FMC is supposed to be 24 and comes across like a 14 year old, whiney, naive, insecure. The so called big age gap is mentioned over and over...it is only 6 years, fairly normal in my opinion. One day together and the MMC is obsessed with this whiney girl even though his character mentions not liking girls that act too young. I haven't in good while been so annoyed by a story and the characters. Also, the way the story is written seems really strange its a dual POV I believe although hard to tell over audible but then Felicity seems to be written from a narrators POV not her own.
