About this listen
friendship/?fren(d)SHip/noun
the emotions or conduct of friends; the state of being friends.
a relationship between friends.
"she formed close friendships with women"
What happens when the definitions of said friendship are tested? When one feels something more for the other? What if the feelings aren't reciprocated?
Girl Crush is the story of that one time.

The FF romance is nicely done, and there's a little BDSM element that works really well for the relationship between these two. I liked the friends to lovers angle and feel that Travis does a good job building the attraction between them.
The main issue I have with the story itself are the relationships both of the MCs have with their male partners. In my opinion, I didn't think the MF scene was necessary, though it does work to advance the plot.
One of my biggest issues is regarding the audio edition, which didn't work for me at all. I found the narrator's voice to be pleasant, but she uses way too much expression. Her voice goes up and down at odd times and doesn't sound natural. Played at regular speed it's way too slow, when I upped the speed to be 1.25-1.75 it sounds choppy and robotic.
