I really enjoyed this audiobook. The story was great and the author really had me invested in the relationship btw Garrett and Mia. Excellence performance from the narrators particularly Jeffery Kafer. Overall it was awesome and I will be trying other work from the author and narrators.

this was a love story that also addressed male depression and the overwhelming feelings it can have on relationships. the book was well written and had the perfect amount of feels and spice. I'm looking forward to the next book.

This story was different than most other stories I've read/listened to, in a good way! It was spicy, juicy, hot.....just like the previous one and hopefully the next one in the series.
Both narrators where great, especially Jeffrey Kaifer who was sooo right for this part!

I felt teh ending was really incomplete until I realised the actual book has an extra epilogue that is not on the audible version.

The book was fun but the taboo element of the step siblings aspect of the story didn't really show in the writing, or at least I could feel it. Still there was plenty of kinky aspects to the novel. They go from being at each ,'s throat to bring lovers, they are step siblings and both are involved in s£x work of some sort. He also battles with mental illness and their father is also sick. So, there is a ton of issues here and we get a ton of spicy scenes in between.
I also got the audio book and was disappointed that is doesn't have Mia's epilogue in it. Apart from that it was very well narrated.

Huge fan of Sara Cate and have read this book a few times. However hearing the characters is amazing and the actors bring them to life wonderfully

SO GOOD! I was worried this wouldn’t compare to Praise and I was so wrong! If anything It’s slightly better - I absolutely loved Garret, he made me cry a few times with his mental health struggles - and I shed a few happy tears in the extended epilogues too (physical book only- they’re not included on the Audio, sadly!) Mia was absolutely brilliant too I loved her confidence and lovely nature!
(Along with Praise) This is my first time reading Sara Cate and she writes beautifully, there’s something about the way she’s wrote both of these books that separates them from the usual spice. I can’t quite put my finger on it exactly, but they feel much more authentic and realistic. This particular book is one of my favourite trope wise so I think this will probably be my favourite of the series. The spice was so satisfying - I devoured it 🌶️😍
The audio is great too, Both narrated well and although I tend to stick to Duet style I really did enjoy this even with it being Duel.
Straight on to the next in the series now 😊

Garrett is Mia’s stepbrother and she’s loved him forever but because he’s a d1ck with her she pretends she hates him. They have the perfect love to hate and hate to love relationship going on until they give in to their feelings. Loved Garrett and Mia’s story and their chemistry was off the charts and the steamy scenes left me 🥵

It’s a struggle to fully explain how much I loved this book. I laughed often. I gasped often. I cried often. The spice is perfectly wound through a great story and journey towards love.

Personally I hate the step-sibling trope but the book was so so good I could move past it. It’s written in a way that it’s not creepy or perverse, and it doesn’t feel gross. I love the inclusion of his dark secret and it’s handled so well. Wonderful writing.
